Manish Chawla

Dr. Manish Chawla joined Lotus Pharmaceutical in July 2019. He brings with him over 20 years of experience of developing diverse dosage forms for regulated markets and setting up new facilities in India.

Manish was at Xylopia as Vice President and Site Head where he was responsible for the strategic R&D roadmap and for the development of 505 (b)(2)s, ANDAs, FTFs and complex oral generics and injectable products for the US. Before that, he worked for Zydus Cadila, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Ranbaxy Research Laboratories. His scientific experience is predominantly complex generics including first-to-file, first-to-market products with complex technology platforms. Manish holds a PhD and M. Pharm degree from the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Panjab University.
