Mr. Karl Karlsson joined Lotus’s Board of Directors as an independent director on June 15th, 2023.

Mr. Karlsson has nearly 20 years in the pharma industry. He worked for Bluefish Pharmaceuticals as a founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member. He is currently the founder and Executive Chairman of Newbury Pharmaceuticals AB, a rapidly growing hybrid pharmaceutical company for specialty prescription drugs, innovation, and brands with focus on the Scandinavian markets.

Mr. Karlsson studied marketing and business administration at George Mason University and has an MBA degree from Harvard Business School in 2013.
