Edin Buljubasic

With 22 years of legal counsel experience, Edin joined Alvogen in 2012, which gave him profound insight experiences in pharma and the Company. His experiences in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements with partners, such as in-licensing and out-licensing deals, and participated in several asset purchases and share purchase deals. He also supports management with legal advice on disputes, litigations (different contractual disputes), and compliance, including antitrust issues. In addition, he guides on various IP issues, including the negotiation of settlements with counterparties. Those experiences are valuable to Lotus as a rapid growth company that exports our products to the world.

Edin graduated with an LLB from the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
